The Pratt School of Engineering offers a wide range of space options for reservation. The Fitzpatrick Center’s Schiciano Auditorium, Pre-function (auditorium lobby) and Atrium are well-suited for classes, meetings, conferences and special events, while Teer Building and Hudson Hall have a number of classrooms and conference rooms available for use.
Please review our space reservation policies. Our priority as an educational institution is our students and we will not move a class to accommodate events, so please plan accordingly.
All room reservation requests must be submitted through Duke's 25Live. You will be able to check room availability and resources online before submitting your request.
Go to https://25live.collegenet.com/duke
If you are not familiar with how to use 25Live:

All requests are tentative until you receive confirmation.
Please allow up to 3 days processing for turnaround on all requests.
Early requests for non-class related events taking place Monday through Friday during the regular fall or spring semester will be waitlisted until the class schedule for that semester has been posted. All requests will be reviewed and processed in the order in which they were received.
Each department has an assigned conference room specifically and solely for their faculty, staff and students' events and use. These spaces are intended to be used to facilitate department business, and not as general event space. To reserve these rooms, please contact the department representatives shown on this attachment.
